As Hobiwood expanded its digital presence, the brand needed a refreshed identity system that clearly conveys its modern and dynamic spirit. The project wasn’t about a complete redesign, but about rebuilding the foundational elements to ensure the brand could communicate more consistently with both customers and partners.

Hobiwood, a brand under the Wilson Group, specializes in wood-plastic composite products for interior and exterior applications. With a focus on youthfulness and technology, the brand needed a fresh new look that better meets today’s users’ expectations for clear information and intuitive experiences.

Amid increasing competition, Hobiwood partnered with VSS Corp to reposition the brand with a cohesive, minimalist, and easily recognizable identity. This approach ensures consistency across all touchpoints and strengthens the brand’s ability to build trust with customers.

1. Logo & Brand Identity Design

The project’s foundation was the brand identity system. The new logo was crafted with solid shapes and clean lines, evoking the durability and stability of wood-plastic materials.

The color palette was modernized, combining vibrant orange with deep navy to create strong contrast while maintaining visual balance. The brand identity was then consistently applied across various touchpoints — including stationery, signage, sales materials, and transportation — ensuring a cohesive and recognizable brand presence.

2. Website – The Digital Hub of Brand Identity

The website was redesigned to serve as a central touchpoint where customers can easily explore products, technology, and brand values in a clear and intuitive way.

  • A minimalist layout with ample white space and high readability

  • A color scheme aligned with the updated brand identity

  • Sharp product images arranged in a clear, logical structure

  • Optimized on-page SEO to improve search visibility

As a result, the website serves not only as an information hub but also as an “online showroom”, enhancing the persuasive power of all marketing activities.

3. Content System – Shaping the Brand Voice

Alongside the visual refresh, the brand voice was also standardized. Content was developed to be concise, modern, and focused on tangible benefits and product value.

From the website to social media channels, all content maintains consistent storytelling and tone, ensuring the brand speaks with one unified voice across every platform.

To bring the brand story to life, VSS created a media set that highlights the texture, surface quality, and spatial feel of Hobiwood’s materials in real applications. The product photos capture fine details, including grain patterns, color variations, and finish quality, providing high-value assets for the website, fanpage, and sales materials. This media set not only elevates the overall visual standard of Hobiwood’s communications but also reinforces the brand as professional, well-crafted, and backed by a clear narrative.
